Lil Wayne Ordered to Pay David Banner $160,000

  /  09.27.2016

As he continues battling Cash Money over financial matters, Lil Wayne finds himself on the opposite end of a similar dispute with David Banner.

The Mississippi rapper-producer filed a lawsuit against Weezy’s Young Money Records, claiming he was owed money for tracks he produced on Tha Carter III and We Are Young Money.

According to TMZ, a judge ordered Young Money to pay Banner $164,303.19 as a default judgment because the imprint failed to respond to the case. The final figure includes interest.

Wayne is currently at odds with Cash Money in a similar dispute. In that case, Tunechi filed a $51 million lawsuit against his label over money he feels he’s owed. Yesterday, Birdman was ordered to present financial documents to Weezy in their ongoing legal battle, which has evolved into a personal feud.
