The Black Eyed Peas know the formula for making a smash. Now Fergie, will.i.am, apl.de.ap, and Taboo drop the beat on “Boom Boom Pow,” the first single off their new album The E.N.D. (June 9). This will be all over radio and playing at your local malls before you know it.

    The production is cheap. This hasn’t the same energy, flair, vibe, style and charisma as older BEP hit singles. This sounds forced. Next one…
