A visibly upset Lil Wayne bundled up for the cold as he arrived at New York State Supreme Court on Tuesday (Dec. 15) for charges of attempted gun possession. The Cash Money MC said nothing during his brief court appearance. He is scheduled for sentencing on February 9, eight days after the release of his rock album Rebirth, and is expected to serve one year behind bars.
