Miguel kicks off the next chapter of his career with “Adorn,” the first release from his Art Dealer Chic, Vol. 1 project, due February 27. The soulful crooner keeps it sexy for the ladies on the rocking rhythm, which gets its own stimulating visuals.
“‘Adorn’ is the first visual projection i’ll release inspired by a series of dreams I recently had,” explained Miguel, who also painted the album’s artwork.
Miguel was recently in the studio with Diplo (“Look at Me Now”) working on new material.
While Chris Brown and Usher are playing in Guetta Land with all that techno dance stuff, Mig is killing R&B. I see you, money. I like the delivery of the visual. It’s smart and simple..just enough to make the project interesting. Layers.
dont usually like miguels singles and im not too big on the techno fusion (was down in middle school) but since its left its underground roots and become mainstream the techno is played. but this RnB is reminding me of the 90′s i love it. keep it coming. def agree with #kindasorta
Miguel is bringing Male R&B back one song at a time, Chris Brown & Trey Songz need to take notes. All there songs are about sex, NEXT! & Miguel is Next!
@Royaleeeee, Word and this is sexy but not in an overly sleazy way. He ain’t talking bout making you wet the bed or hitting it. He wants your lips and to taste your skin and adorn you with his love. This is sexy and smooth but i’m not afraid that my baby brother could hear it.
THIS SONG IS THE BUSINESS. Drunk as shit keeping it on replay <33333 Seriously always liked Miguels's music .. especially Sure Thing .. Quickie and Girls Like you … now Im deff. checking for his first album and for sure am all over this one <333
@OOL Uh Uh totally agree, with usher and chris brown doing pop and trey songz being too sexualised miguel’s a great balance of keeping it r’n'b but doing it sexy and smooth
what i LOVE about Miguel is that he doesn’t regurgitate the same R&B melodies and lyrics of yester year. With him, its something fresh and modern. If R&B is gonna come back then it has too be in this direction. Most tired R&B artists blame the euro/dance fase we are in for R&B dying but how do you explain Frank Ocean/Miguel/Luke James/Elle Varner/Chris Brown/Allen Stone being relevent? Because they came with some thing fresh, innovative, distinctive and exciting. This is a good time for R&B cause its showing us the real pioneers of music.
GREAT ART!!! What do the letters in the painting mean? Do they stand for something? I can see the letters “THRE” & “THREL”. They are written right to left and in opposite direction. Has anyone noticed … CURIOUS!! Look at 1:07 or see the pic on the artdealerchic site.
Now THIS man is a real artist!!!!! Im so excited for his next album. From song writing to his flawless vocals….Miguel will be around for a loooooong loooooong time and Im excited to follow his career

Love Miguel’s originality. His voice is sick and with the heavy bass on this track, it kills. To me, his music stands out amongst most R&B.
