« Frank Ocean Threatened with Lawsuit Over ‘Hotel California’ SampleNew Music: Rye Rye – ‘Boom Boom’ »K’naan and Nelly Furtado Unite in ‘Is Anybody Out There?’ Video![]() K’naan and Nelly Furtado give a voice to anyone who’s ever felt invisible in the video for their collaboration “Is Anybody Out There?” off K’naan’s EP More Beautiful Than Silence. The fellow Canadians bundled up while shooting the wintery video for the clip with director Chris Robinson. “I was thrilled when he asked me to do it ’cause when he sent the song to me, I just loved it immediately,” said Nelly. “I just think it’s a very hopeful and sweet, pure song about emotions that everybody feels every day of their lives. We always want to feel like we’re a part of something and that we’re not alone.” K’naan praised his collaborator. “Nelly brings an incredible amount of flavor,” he said. “A lot of singers are very much like other singers, but I don’t know anybody like Nelly.” The full video will premiere later this week.
