Rap-Up.com || Behind the Video: Rita Ora f/ Tinie Tempah

Rita Ora proved blondes have more fun while shooting one of her first solo music videos for her Drake-penned single “R.I.P.” The blonde bombshell was “swagged out” in a killer wardrobe and her signature beanies as she danced on top of cars in the grungy clip, directed by Emil Nava. She connected with her fellow Brit Tinie Tempah, complimenting his bone structure.

The Roc Nation singer, whose debut album is due this summer, also shot a video for her U.S. single “How We Do (Party)” last year in L.A.

Actually, that was a rumor in which she and he addressed. He addressed it in a publication, the name slips my mind right now and she addressed it in an interview on youtube, if you search for it ( not specific interview for it but I tried posting the vid here and my comment wasn’t accepted )

Point is, research before making accusations, especially when it’s a female artist, people assume quickly about them.

And another thing, she’s white man. Don’t let her makeup fool you, she’s Albanian to be more exact.

She definitely looks like a clone of Rihanna…everything from her style, image, musically, and she actually looks a lot like her as well. This song is pretty good and the video looks promising…I like the tone of her voice on the track, it fits well…

@SdotB, In 2009/2010 Rita Ora was rocking this same look (Google “skullcandy Rita Ora”), Rihanna only switched up her style to the whole “London Grunge” thing late last year so it’s interesting that you say Rita is the clone.

Anyway after seeing her live, I love her voice and hopefully she will do well in the industry and shake off all of the Rihanna comparisons, because to be fair, she is 10x better.

I still love the original, I’m not hating on this song but I feel like Drake’s was way better. He sang it, but to me its a song that doesn’t need a strong voice and his fit perfectly. Rihanna would be more fit for this. Just my opinion.
