Rap-Up.com || Rihanna and Chris Brown Embrace at VMAs

One of the most-talked-about moments at the MTV VMAs was not aired on the telecast. While the category of Best Hip-Hop Video was being presented, cameras captured Rihanna as she went up to kiss former boyfriend Chris Brown on the cheek and give him a hug. She also greeted Bu Thiam, VP of A&R at Def Jam, before patting a blonde Breezy on the head as she walked away.

The former couple has avoided attending the same events since their highly-publicized breakup in 2009.

Rihanna told Oprah that she still has love for Chris, but they are not romantically involved. “He’s in a relationship of his own,” she said. “I’m single but we have maintained a very close friendship.”

Why do i have a feeling Chris Brown is in talks to signing a new deal with Def Jam. He was seated next to Bu Thiam i have a feeling there in talks to get Chris Brown to switch labels. His latest album flopped on RCA and i think his contract might be up so that would be a great move
