Rap-Up.com || Brandy Talks Engagement, Wedding Plans, and Kanye & Kim

Over the holidays, Brandy got engaged to music executive Ryan Press. Fresh from her trip to Hawaii, the “Put It Down” singer showed off her engagement ring and spoke about her wedding plans while hosting a New Year’s Eve gig at LAVO Las Vegas.

“I’m very happy. I’m definitely on cloud 11,” Brandy told PopStop TV. “At one point I gave up on love, so to have this feeling and for it to feel like the first time with the person I feel like God has created for me to be with, it’s just magical and I want it to stay like this.”

The couple hasn’t set a date yet, but they plan to keep the wedding local. “We have a lot of homies that probably won’t come if we do a destination wedding,” said Brandy. “I’ve definitely been imagining it and thinking about what it’s gonna be like.”

She also shared her excitement for parents-to-be Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. “I’m very happy for Kim and happy for Kanye. I was looking at pictures of them online. They just look so happy. I’m really happy for her.”

Im sooooo happpppppy for her!!! I forget sometimes just how much of a Vet my girl Bran is!
Obv she knows Kim WELL – since her own brother helped make Kim’s name and of course Kim was Bran’s stylist . And Kanye she’s been knowing him since the HOT ‘ Talk about our love’ off Afrodisiac album in 04’ and their collabo on ‘Bring Me Down’ on his album Late Registration she just slaaaaays right?? LOVE that my girl B is like 20yrs strong in the game!!!!
