Rap-Up.com || Lil Wayne Hospitalized Again for Seizures

Lil Wayne was rushed to the hospital in L.A. this week after suffering what appeared to be multiple seizures.

Sources close to the Young Money rapper tell TMZ that Weezy experienced the seizures after shooting a video for Birdman’s single “Tapout” in L.A. on Tuesday night. He was subsequently taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital and released early Wednesday morning. He is reportedly doing much better.

This is not the first time he has had a medical scare. Wayne suffered two seizures while flying last fall. He later acknowledged that he’d been prescribed seizure medication by his doctor.

Wayne recently postponed his European arena tour and is gearing up for the release of his new album I Am Not a Human Being II, due March 26.

I can’t believe the people on here stating either “die” or “karma”. What kind of people are you? So you don’t like his comment about Emmett Till (which by the way was misspelled by some, so for those folks: you obviously you don’t care that much)that’ fine. However wishing death and illness upon others, feeling rejoice, and identifying it as deserved is cruel beyond mention. I don’t know why you people on here are so mean to artists and each other. No, you are absolutely right. The misspelling of the word does not negate Wayne’s remark. However, that is not what I wrote. What I wrote was in regards to those making a statement about respecting an individual and misspelling that individuals name. The frustration I was expressing is with those who attack individuals and yet do not seem to validate their opinion with failures to spell the subject of their opinion correctly. It diminishes that comments validity. It negates their comment and opinion. Why? Your expression is imperative to your credibility. That’s something, us in the urban community, need to understand.

As for how I feel: Wayne’s comments are utterly disrespectful. Does this mean I wish him harm? No. Will I continue to listen to music from him? Yes, if I like it.
