Before he heads to Coachella next month, Kid Cudi warmed up for his festival appearance with a makeup show on his “Cud Life Tour.” The Cleveland rapper landed his spaceship at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Saturday.
Clad in his “Satellite Academy Space Suit,” he performed some Cudder classics and new material off his latest album Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon including “Balmain Jeans.”
He also brought out A$AP Rocky and King Chip for his Indicud cut “Brothers,” and treated the crowd to a previously unreleased song.
“This song is another one of those classic Kid Cudi songs in the essences and subject matter,” he said before singing acapella as the crowd clapped along.
