Wiz Khalifa Readies ‘28 Grams' Mixtape

Before his new album Blacc Hollywood arrives later this year, Wiz Khalifa plans to drop a new mixtape called 28 Grams.

The Taylor Gang leader let the secret out following his set at Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores, Ala., on Friday. And the good news is that you won’t have to wait long to hear the music.

“It’s gonna drop fast. You should go home,” he told MTV News.

28 Grams will serve as the kickoff to his fifth album Blacc Hollywood. “It’s more than a teaser, it’s gonna get the Khalifa train rolling,” said Wiz.

The “We Dem Boyz” rapper has a busy summer ahead. In addition to his mixtape and album, he will hit the road with Jeezy, Tyga, and Ty Dolla $ign on the “Under the Influence of Music Tour” starting July 24.
