Nicki Minaj to Return to ‘SNL’ in December

Live from New York, it’s Nicki Minaj! The “Anaconda” rapper will make her return to “Saturday Night Live” next month.

Nicki will serve as musical guest for the second time on the December 6 episode with host James Franco. She will perform songs off her upcoming album The Pinkprint, which drops December 15.

The last time she appeared on the late-night show was in January 2011 when she performed “Moment 4 Life” and “Right Thru Me.” She also appeared in a digital short called “The Creep” with The Lonely Island and in the “Bride of Blackenstein” skit.

On Sunday, Nicki will perform her new single “Bed of Lies” with Skylar Grey at the 2014 American Music Awards.

Other upcoming “SNL” musical guests include Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars (Nov. 22), Charli XCX (Dec. 13), and One Direction (Dec. 20).
