James Corden is a pro when it comes to doing “Carpool Karaoke” with superstars like Adele, Justin Bieber, and Mariah Carey. But he’s apparently not as good at selling homes. Last night, “The Late Late Show” host teamed with “Million Dollar Listing” real estate agent James Harris to try and sell a home to Tyga.
They showed the Last Kings rapper a $13 million crib in the Hollywood Hills, but despite his unique tactics, Corden was unable to close the deal. “You scared him away,” said Harris.
The house ended up selling to another buyer for $9.6 million. “I would’ve got you $10 [million],” said Corden.
