Desiigner Talks 'Big Brother' Kanye West & G.O.O.D. Music's Creative Energy

Desiigner is living the good life at G.O.O.D. Music.

Hot off an animated “Panda” performance at the BET Awards this weekend, the hitmaker spoke with New York radio station Hot 97 about the label’s camaraderie.

“Everybody’s got the same creative mindset, the same creative thinking,” he said. “We bring our creative thoughts all at the same time and we deliver, man…That’s how we do it.”

As for Kanye West, he looks at him like a “big brother.” “If I got something to ask him, definitely I’ll ask him,” said Desiigner. “I always have my own artist ideas and he has his own artist ideas. We put it together, man. We both artists.”

The XXL Freshman also spoke about his strong bond with G.O.O.D. Music president Pusha T. During the chat, he celebrated their recent New English collaboration “Jet” and their brotherhood.

“Working with Pusha, that’s my brother,” he explained. “I go on FaceTime, we joke, that’s Push. You know what time it is. Push knows what time it is. Shout out to Push.”
