On Sunday, Chance took home Grammys for Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance for “No Problem,” and Best Rap Album for Coloring Book. Afterwards, peers like Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and YG joined in celebrating his achievements.
All of this comes without an official studio album from the Chi-town spitter. Last year, he hinted at a debut album being his next conquest. “I want to make an album,” he said. “My mixtapes have been confused for albums for a long time so it has to be different. Something that you could consider an album. It might not be physical. It might not be a disc but an album that comes with its own live show. That’s important.”
So far, there’s no timetable for the debut LP. For now, see a list of tour dates below.
