Beyoncé Added as GRAMMY Performer

Beyoncé, the Dixie Chicks, Gnarls Barkley, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are the first performers announced for the 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast. Critically acclaimed actor Terrence Howard, Academy Award nominee Samuel L. Jackson, two-time GRAMMY winner P!nk, and R&B sensation Rihanna will appear as presenters. The GRAMMYs will air live on CBS from the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 11, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT). Nine-time GRAMMY Award winner Beyoncé has four nods: Best Female R&B Vocal Performance (“Ring The Alarm”), Best Contemporary R&B Album (B’Day), Best R&B Song (“Deja Vu”), and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration (“Deja Vu” with Jay-Z).
