Oversized clothes, chains, Cris, Timbs, and rims are all out. Jay-Z and Drake pronounce the death of these hip-hop accoutrements on the futuristic “Off That.” The Timbaland production was a contender for the second single off The Blueprint 3 before “Run This Town.”
