Ciara's 'Gimmie Dat' Video Gets Premiere Date

Fresh off releasing her sultry “Speechless” video, Ciara is about give her fans another dose of visuals. The R&B singer has announced a premiere date for her “Gimmie Dat” clip.

The uptempo dance number from her fourth album Basic Instinct will have its video debut on Tuesday, October 12, on VEVO. Melina, who helmed her “Work” and “Go Girl” vids, is once again in the director’s chair.

“My fans are gonna be so in for a treat,” CiCi previously told Power 106’s Liz Hernandez. “I never like to blow my videos up, but I’m just telling you, I went in on ‘Gimmie Dat.'”

Ciara hit the streets of Los Angeles last month, hopping into a Lamborghini in a lace-leather top, jean shorts, Converse-heel hybrids, and a giant “FLY” fanny pack. Check out some on-set photos here.
