Mariah Carey Signs On as Jenny Craig Spokeswoman

Mariah Carey was radiant in red as she arrived in New York City to officially announce her role as the new ambassador for Jenny (formerly Jenny Craig). The Grammy-winning songstress, who gave birth to twins Monroe and Morrocan in April, shed 30 pounds since starting on the weight-loss program in July.
“I feel better in every way,” she told USA Today. “To me, it’s mind, body, and soul. I was in a bad place physically during my pregnancy.”
As part of her role as spokeswoman, Mariah will appear in Jenny commercials and her 1992 single “Make It Happen” will provide the soundtrack.
