Willow Smith has come a long way since “Whip My Hair.” After her recent collaborations with SZA and Kitty Cash, the 13-year-old singer showcases her experimental sound on a cover of King Krule’s “Easy Easy,” which appears on the British singer’s 2013 debut 6 Feet Beneath the Moon.
“Well easy easy, there’s no need to take that tone,” coos Willow over a grungy guitar riff.
