Big Sean Performs 'One Man Can Change the World' on 'Tonight Show'

After announcing his breakup with Ariana Grande, the newly-single Big Sean delivered an emotional performance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday. The Detroit rapper performed his Dark Sky Paradise cut “One Man Can Change the World” and dedicated it to his late grandmother, who was a female black captain in World War II and one of the first female police officers in Detroit.

“She was just the best grandma in the world,” said a teary-eyed Sean. “If anybody showed me that one person could change the world, it’s her.”

He also dried his tears and played a game of Pictionary with Jimmy, LL Cool J, and Neighbors star Rose Byrne. Find out whose team won.
