New Music: Austin Mahone feat. Sage the Gemini - 'Put It On Me'

Sage the Gemini has been crossing over onto the pop charts this year. He collaborated with Nick Jonas on his single “Good Thing” and enlisted Trey Songz for “Guantanamera.” Now, he’s contributed a verse to a new song by 19-year-old sensation Austin Mahone called “Put It On Me.”

The song’s rubbery, uptempo bassline sounds directly inspired by Sage’s early hits like “Gas Pedal,” so he sounds perfectly at home trading fun, melodic verses with the teen idol.

Mahone is currently working on his full-length debut, which will be released through Chase Records/Cash Money/Republic.
