R. Kelly Walks Out of Live Interview

  /  12.21.2015

R. Kelly has reached his boiling point. During a live interview with HuffPost Live, the controversial singer became unnerved and walked off-set after the host, Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani, raised questions about the sexual misconduct allegations against him.

“If the next question is something negative out of your mouth, with all due respect, that’s exactly what I’m gonna do,” Kelly told Modarressy-Tehrani.

She told him that he could leave if he wanted. “I will have to say this. I did not come here to get interrogated. I didn’t come here for a deposition,” said an upset Kellz before asking her if she knew what a deposition was. “This is about trying to interrogate me and this is about disrespect.”

At one point during the awkward exchange, he even asked her if she likes to drink alcohol and get drunk.

Kelly posted a Facebook video earlier this month urging fans to buy his new album and continue to support him. But when Modarressy-Tehrani asked how fans can overlook his personal life and continue to support him, Kelly ignored the question and responded, “I love ’em all and I love you too.”

She tried to continue with the interview, but he clearly wasn’t having it. “You have no video questions for me because this interview is over,” said Kelly before getting up and storming off set.
