Stream Boosie Badazz's 'Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas' Mixtape
The holidays just got more Badazz with the release of Boosie’s mixtape Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas.
While the title carries a holiday theme, the 19-track project isn’t exactly merry. It features tracks like “King of Da Streets,” which is a menacing intro. “Fuck a snitch,” he raps. “This is the project ni**as need.”
Rich Homie Quan, Hurricane Chris, Young Bleu, Young Boi, and Whoop are among the effort’s guests, while Boosie seemingly takes aim at Drake on the Lil Scrappy-assisted “No Drake On.”
The holiday theme is alive with Boosie, even if his lyrics aren’t all about jingle bells and turkey. In fact, Lil Boosie is hosting another “Big Turkey Giveaway” today in Baton Rouge following a similar event on Nov. 19.
HTMC is one of many projects Boosie’s released this year, including In My Feelings (Goin’ Thru It), Out My Feelings in My Past, Thug Talk, and Bleek Mode (Thug in Peace Lil Bleeky).
