Listen to Normani Kordei's Mash-Up of Drake's 'Fake Love' & 'Sneakin''

  /  12.16.2016

Normani Kordei takes a breather from Fifth Harmony to show even More Life with a solo Drake cover mash-up.

Taking on “Fake Love” and “Sneakin’,” Normani gets her Drizzy on, but throws her own sultry twist on things. Even when channeling 21 Savage, Kordei keeps it tailored to her style and sound.

Produced by the Invaders, the melodic and head-boppin’ mash-up allows Normani to pay homage to one of her major influences while harmonizing on her own, blending two tracks seamlessly into one.

“Drake has been one of the most influential artists in this generation who consistently releases dope material,” she told MTV News. “I respect his artistry so much. He always resonates with me in some way so I decided to get creative and put my own spin on this mash-up of his most recent records for my fans to enjoy.”

Normani isn’t the only Fifth Harmony star to branch out on the solo tip. Camila Cabello has enjoyed success on Machine Gun Kelly’s “Bad Things.” But Harmonizers have no need to fret. 5H recently announced that they’re working on the follow-up to 7/27.
