Tinashe Performs 'Flame' on 'Sunday Brunch'

Tinashe sparks a “Flame” in the U.K.

During her trip overseas, the R&B siren heat up British morning show “Sunday Brunch,” when she performed her latest single live.

Accompanied by a guitarist, Tinashe belted out an acoustic version of her breakup anthem with a fiery tone. “My body hurts with every heartbeat,” she sang. “Tell me I’m not the only one / Tell me that you still got the flame for me.”

“Flame” — which recently received a blazing video treatment — is a precursor to Tinashe’s sophomore album Joyride. Set to drop at some point this year, the LP is slated to include production from Tricky Stewart, The-Dream, Sir Nolan, Charlie Handsome, Metro Boomin, and Boi-1da.

“It’s going to come out when it comes out,” Tinashe told Rap-Up of the follow-up to 2014’s Aquarius. “I’m just excited to continue to release new material. I have a lot of new music and I’m really excited about that. It’s all good things.”
