Jeezy Announces Final Album 'TM104'

Jeezy is hanging up the mic.

Thirteen years after dropping his debut album, Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101, the Snowman has announced his retirement and final album TM104.

Coming off his “Cold Summer Tour,” Jeezy took to Twitter to share the big news. “Class is coming to [an] end,” he wrote. “It’s time for Graduation! My Last Album & Final Class: TM104.”

Jizzle came in the game as Young Jeezy. After dropping his acclaimed 2005 major label debut, he released eight studio albums, including 2006’s The Inspiration: Thug Motivation 102 and 2011’s TM:103 Hustlerz Ambition.

Jeezy’s latest LP, Pressure, dropped in December and featured Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Puff Daddy, and 2 Chainz, among others. The album opened and peaked at No. 6 on Billboard 200.

The Snowman has gone beyond hip-hop. He and his partner Ken Austin sold their stake in Tequila Avión in January. Jeezy will remain involved with the brand and incentivized through 2020, according to Billboard. The Atlanta trapper also diversified his portfolio with sports beverage Defiance Fuel and more.

Just last year, Jeezy opened up about his plans and retirement. “It’s never been about materialistic things,” he told V Files. “It’s about, ‘What can I do this year? What didn’t I do last year? Where do I see myself in ten years? Where do I wanna retire?’ I’d love to have a beach house in St. Thomas and kick my shoes off, get all in the sand. I came from project living!”
