Usher spoke to “Today’s” Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford on Wednesday (Dec. 16) about his new fragrance, philanthropic efforts, his protégé Justin Bieber, and upcoming tour.

It was announced this week that Usher will be one of the performers at the Whistler Victory Ceremonies during the 2010 Winter Olympics in February, along with Feist, K’Naan, Our Lady Peace, The Fray, and Estelle.
