Weight Watchers spokeswoman Jennifer Hudson follows in the footsteps of R&B legends Teddy Pendergrass and Luther Vandross by recording her own version of the classic “One Shining Moment” for the NCAA Men’s Championship tournament. The song will make its television debut Monday night.
