Americans awoke to the soulful sounds of Cee Lo Green on Tuesday morning. The Gnarls Barkley member and his all-female backing band took over ABC’s “Good Morning America” to perform the retro “Bright Lights Bigger City” from his new album The Lady Killer in the non-televised portion of the show.

Rocking black shades, a fancy black-and-white shirt, and pinstripe pants, the ATLien snapped his fingers as his vocals soared, all while his fellow musicians shredded guitars and pounded the drums behind him. Watch the rockin’ performance below.
