Chris Brown and Drake

Chris Brown and Drake may be at odds, but there’s one thing they now share in common. Both superstars are being sued by the nightclub where their infamous fight occurred in June.

According to TMZ, Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., the company that owns WiP nightclub in New York City, has filed a lawsuit against the singers, seeking $15 million in damages. In the suit, they claim that Brown and Drake “shared a grudge against the other arising out of their romantic relationships with the same woman,” referring to Rihanna.

The suit goes on to state that when the two crossed paths, they “began to fight violently with each other.”

“Each arrived with his own small army of bodyguards, ‘security’ personnel, employees, friends, and other members of their entourage consisting of at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat.”

Members of each star’s entourage stepped in to handle the situation, creating “deadly weapons out of whatever materials they could find, including glasses, alcohol bottles and furniture.”

The club was shut down in the days following their brawl, but it was not directly related to the incident.
