Rihanna Rings in 26th Birthday in Aspen

To celebrate her 26th birthday, Rihanna escaped the sun for a winter wonderland. The Barbados beauty was on her birthday behavior as she and her besties Melissa Forde, Lele, and Jenn Rosales traveled to Aspen for a week of fun. She rented out a lavish cabin in the woods with its own bowling alley, pool, and majestic mountain views.

While in Aspen, she partook in some winter activities including skiing and inner tubing. The birthday gal bundled up, but still looked chic in a purple fur-lined jacket and boots, as she slid down a snow-covered hill in an inner tube. She and her girlfriends shared some laughs and plenty of festive cocktails during their wintery vacay.

“Do it for the ‘gram,” said Lele as she snapped Instagram pics of RiRi and friends.

The “Stay” singer covers the latest issue of Vogue, which explores the “Rihanna Effect.” In the magazine, she gives the writer a style makeover and some advice: “You will never be stylish if you don’t take risks.”
