Rihanna is firing back at CBS after the network pulled her song from “Thursday Night Football.”

In the wake of the Ray Rice domestic abuse scandal, CBS dropped an opening segment for “Thursday Night Football’s” pre-game show, which would have included her 2009 hit “Run This Town” with Jay Z and Kanye West. CBS decided not to run the piece since Rihanna had been the victim of domestic violence.

On Tuesday, the network announced that it would use the song in this week’s promo. But Rihanna was not having it. In a tweet sent to her 37.2 million followers, the outspoken singer ripped CBS for pulling the intro.

“CBS you pulled my song last week, now you wanna slide it back in this Thursday? NO, Fuck you! Y’all are sad for penalizing me for this,” tweeted RiRi, adding, “The audacity…”

According to Bill Carter of The New York Times, CBS has given in to Rihanna’s protest and will drop the song from “Thursday Night Football.”

“CBS will replace Rihanna song w theme music created internally; rest of planned opening will appear, w actor Don Cheadle the centerpiece,” said Carter.
