New Music: Tink f/ Rick Ross & Jay Z - 'Movin' Bass'

Tink

During his visit to “The Breakfast Club” this morning, Timbaland played the original version of “Movin’ Bass,” which appears on Rick Ross’ album Hood Billionaire. The “OG version” features his 19-year-old protégée Tink and additional bars from Jay Z.

Timbo was introduced to the Chicago rapper-singer by Da Internz. “She was music and she saved my life,” he said. “You can’t believe somebody 19 got it. We don’t see that no more. The last person we saw [like her] was Drake.”

He gave her “Movin’ Bass” to write to and she blew his mind. “I just fell to the floor ’cause I had never heard nobody do this—in life.”

Tink is preparing her debut on Mosley Music Group/Epic Records. “I will put my whole entire money in my account on her. She is a superstar,” said Tim.

Listen to “Movin’ Bass” and see if you agree.
