Jennifer Lopez Covers Rihanna's 'Diamonds' on 'American Idol'

  /  05.13.2015

Before she heads to Las Vegas for her headlining residency, Jennifer Lopez helped cap off Season 14 of “American Idol” with a bang. With Keith Urban on guitar and Harry Connick Jr. on piano, J.Lo and her fellow “Idol” judges performed a two-song medley of covers.

Dressed in a sparkly sheer gown, the sexy superstar shined bright with her rendition of Rihanna’s chart-topping hit “Diamonds” before jamming with Keith and Harry on a cover of Bruno Mars’ “Locked Out of Heaven.”

J.Lo, who will return for the final season of “Idol” in 2016, hit the stage for a second time with Prince Royce and Pitbull for the Spanish remix to Royce’s hit “Back It Up.”

Wednesday’s finale also featured performances from the Jacksons, Janelle Monáe, Jamie Foxx, and Pitbull featuring Chris Brown.
