Adele Debuts New Song 'When We Were Young'

Adele’s comeback is in full effect. With just four days until her third album 25 hits stores, the singer sat down with “60 Minutes Australia” for a candid interview. She opened up about her return to music (“There was quite a long period where I didn’t believe in myself”), fears (“I get really nervous, I’m scared. I don’t want to disappoint them”), and her big voice (“No one ever told me to shut up”).

And for the first time, she performed a torch ballad called “When We Were Young,” on which she reminisces about an old flame.

“It was just like a movie, it was just like a song…when we were young,” she sings.

Adele will tape an NBC special at Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday and can be seen on this weekend’s episode of “SNL.”
