French Montana & The Weeknd Shoot New Music Video
It looks like French Montana and The Weeknd are up to something.
Early this morning (Jan. 9), Montana shared an image of himself and Abel, posing in front of the McLaren P1 that appeared in The Weeknd’s “Starboy” video and his Mania short film.
“SET LIFE,” French captioned the flick. “young legend in that p1.”

It’s unclear what Montana and Abel were shooting, but it looks like it might involve airplanes. The pic was geo-tagged at the Van Nuys Airport in Van Nuys, Calif.
The music video could also involve Blac Chyna. Sitting on a jet wing, the model posed for a picture with Montana, who captioned the shot: “young legends.”

A collaboration between Abel and French shouldn’t come as a surprise. In the past, the pair worked together on “Gifted.” Speaking of which, The Weeknd gifted his friend with a $100,000 watch for his birthday in November.
The mysterious collaboration could also be part of Montana’s upcoming album. After scrapping MC4 last year, French revealed that another project would be coming soon. In October, he said he was mostly finished with it and promised it would be “some of the best music you’ve ever heard.”
