New Music: NAV feat. Lil Uzi Vert - 'Wanted You'

NAV and Lil Uzi Vert sulk in the aftermath of toxic relationships on their new collaboration, “Wanted You.”

Over trap-infused production, an Auto-Tuned NAV sing-raps about his ice and disillusionment with romance after a bitter breakup. “She a freak,” he raps. “Took her to Nobu on the beach / Just to eat, Louboutins all on her feet.”

With his own blend of singing and rapping, Uzi reflects on his own relationship gone wrong. “I don’t need you,” he sings. “I don’t need you / I swear these girls are see-through / Stevie Wonder, I can’t see you.”

NAV is coming off the release of Perfect Timing, his July joint project with Metro Boomin, while Uzi is celebrating the success of his debut Luv Is Rage 2.
