Nicki Minaj and New Boyfriend Are Discussing Marriage, Kids

Nicki Minaj’s new relationship is getting serious.

The Queen rapper is already thinking about marriage and starting a family with her new boyfriend, Kenneth Petty.

Sources close to Minaj tell TMZ that she and Petty have already discussed marriage and babies after only a few months of dating. Nicki is reportedly serious about the prospect of marrying Kenneth and having kids with him.

As for his criminal past, that doesn’t seem to bother her. Petty is a registered sex offender and was convicted of attempted first-degree rape, among other crimes. Minaj has come to Petty’s defense and notes that he and the rape victim were teenagers and dating at the time. She claims the girl’s mother had it in for Petty and made false allegations.

“He was 15, she was 16 … in a relationship,” she responded to a fan on Instagram. “But go awf, Internet. Y’all can’t run my life. Y’all can’t even run y’all own life. Thank you boo.”

Nicki and Petty have history. The two reportedly met when Nicki was a 16-year-old living in Queens. She feels he’s matured since serving time and deserves a second chance. Nicki’s friends says she’s been happier than ever since rekindling their romance.

The couple hasn’t been shy to show PDA on social media either. They were seen vacationing together for Nicki’s 36th birthday over the weekend. She shared photos and videos of them in bed and working out in the gym.
