New Music: Gunna - 'Speed It Up'
As he gears up for his album Drip or Drown 2, Gunna dives back in with his latest single “Speed It Up.”
On the wavy track, produced by Turbo, the YSL signee brings the underwater vibes while rapping about Versace, private planes, and Mulsannes. “Speed it up / Eat it up,” he raps. “My life’s crazy / My price, pay me.”
“Speed It Up” follows “One Call,” which was released last month.
Gunna’s album Drip or Drown 2, the sequel to 2017’s Drip or Drown EP, arrives Feb. 22 through YSL/300 Entertainment. He will also hit the road on his “Drip or Drown 2 Tour,” which kicks off in Anaheim, Calif. on March 31 and hits cities including Chicago, Detroit, New York, Atlanta, Houston, and more through May.
He has also dropped a line of Drip or Drown 2-inspired merchandise including hoodies, T-shirts, beanies, and a $1000 surfboard.
