  /  05.28.2019

Lil Wayne’s Lil WeezyAna Fest will return to New Orleans this September with another star-studded lineup.

For its fifth year, the festival will double its attendance by expanding to a larger venue at the UNO Lakefront Arena Festival Grounds on Sept. 7. Produced by Live Nation Urban, the one-day event will bring together hip-hop’s biggest stars on two stages, with performances from Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Trey Songz, and Megan Thee Stallion, along with a headlining set from Weezy. The bill also includes Kash Doll, Saweetie, Melii, Leven Kali, and Akbar V.

“We’re so blessed to be celebrating our 5th year of Lil Weezyana Fest and grateful to all of the fans who have been with us since the beginning,” said Wayne’s manager, Cortez Bryant, in a statement. “It’s only right that we made it bigger and better this year to commemorate such a milestone in Wayne’s hometown!”

Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, May 31, at 10 a.m. local time.

In the past, Lil WeezyAna Fest has featured performances from Jeezy, Gucci Mane, Migos, 2 Chainz, and the Hot Boyz, plus surprise guests including Drake, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Birdman, and more.
