H.E.R. Announces Lights On Festival

H.E.R. is shining a light on R&B with her very own festival.

The Grammy-winning songstress, in partnership with Live Nation Urban, is set to curate and headline the inaugural Lights On Festival, at the Concord Pavilion in Concord, Calif. on Sept. 14. The lineup boasts some of today’s hottest R&B acts and emerging talents.

In addition to H.E.R., the event is set to feature performances by Jhené Aiko, Daniel Caesar, Summer Walker, Ari Lennox, Kiana Ledé, and DaniLeigh. The R&B-driven bill also includes Melii, Lucky Daye, Marc E. Bassy, LONR, Tone Stith, bLAck pARty, and Rayana Jay.

“Concord Pavilion is the ultimate venue,” said H.E.R. “It is the perfect place to bring people from all over the Bay. I have many memories watching shows and DREAMING I’d be able to perform there. The Bay Area is my home…..it’s a dream come true to host my festival there.”

The festival will feature two stages for performances as well as a third stage dedicated to providing a platform for emerging filmmakers. There will also be activations from local visual artists, vendors, and food trucks.

Pre-sale tickets will be available starting Wednesday, June 12, while general on-sale tickets go on sale Friday, June 14, at LightsOnFest.com.
