Lil Wayne's Security Guard Wants to Press Charges Over Alleged Gun Incident

  /  01.03.2022

Lil Wayne’s security guard is moving forward with plans to file charges against the rapper.

According to TMZ, the guard reportedly had a change of heart and is seeking prosecution against his former boss for allegedly pulling an assault rifle on him during a dispute at his home last month.

This comes after the guard told law enforcement that he didn’t want Wayne prosecuted.

It’s unclear what charges he is seeking, but the guard claims that Wayne hit him in the head and face, so it could lead to an assault charge of some kind, if not more.

The case doesn’t appear strong and may go nowhere. Cops haven’t even spoken with Wayne so far, a sign it’s not destined for prosecution. However, he could be gearing up for a civil suit.

The guard claims that he and Wayne got into an argument at Weezy’s Hidden Hills mansion after Wayne accused him of taking photos and leaking them to the media. During the violent dispute, Wayne allegedly brandished an AR-15 firearm.

Police seemingly have doubts over the guard’s story as he did not have any marks on his body or injuries from the alleged physical confrontation.

Wayne’s camp has denied that the incident occurred, and claims Wayne doesn’t even possess a gun.
