Who the heck is TIME Magazine to be telling people what’s good in MUSIC? And besides, they missed out on “Swagger Like Us” and anything by JEEZY!

“Bleeding Love” by Leona Lewis? I haven’t even heard that song this summer, that was out way back in like April.
I will agree with the Rihanna, T.I., Kid Rock & Lil Wayne choices though.
