Leona Lewis is escaping the London fog for the sunny skies of Southern California.

The “Bleeding Love” singer has leased a modern home for almost $9,000 a month in the Hollywood Hills, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom house has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen with glass doors leading to the backyard. The property features a swimming pool, as well as an outdoor living area with a plasma TV, dining, and bar area. The lease includes maid, gardening, and pool services.

The 24-year-old winner of the U.K.’s “X Factor” is spending most of her time on the West Coast recording the follow-up to her No. 1 album Spirit.
