Alicia Keys World AIDS Day Concert

Alicia Keys and Jay-Z

Alicia Keys raised awareness for AIDS and her new album The Element of Freedom by performing a benefit concert on World AIDS Day (Dec. 1) at New York City’s NOKIA Theatre. She debuted two new songs from her fourth album, “Love Is Blind” and “Distance and Time,” and surprised New Yorkers by closing the show with Jay-Z on “Empire State of Mind.”

    Alicia Keys show was amazing. It was just stripped down and personal.

    She is a great humanitarian. Why aren’t more african americans concerned about our society?
