Ice Cube stopped by “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Wednesday to talk about his ESPN documentary Straight Outta L.A., the Raiders’ influence on N.W.A., and reports that he was dissing Dr. Dre on his new track “Drink the Kool-Aid.”

“Nah, man. Dre’s my man,” he said in response to the controversy. “It’s all compliments. It’s called style and grace in hip-hop.”

He also revealed that he was recently in the studio with Dre working on Detox and his new album I Am the West, due July 13.
