JoiStaRR spreads her wings on her genre-bending mixtape Broccoli & Noodles hosted by Don Cannon. The L.A.-based singer-songwriter, who toured internationally with Kanye West on his “Glow in the Dark” tour, has collaborated in the past with Brandy, Chris Brown, Game, Estelle, Kid Sister, and more.

Kanye lends a hand to his “favorite chick” on “Same Time,” one of the many standout cuts on the 12-track collection. Additionally, JoiStaRR cooks up stellar covers of classics by Coldplay (“Yellow”), Tina Turner (“What’s Love Got to Do With It”), Sade, Bobby Hebb, and more, along with the original track “I’m Trying” featuring the late J Dilla and production by Warryn Campbell, Mars, and Karriem Riggins. She was on the Jamie Foxx Show towards the end of the series when he was doing jingles 2000 & touring w/her overseas! She’s a beast!
