Looking radiant in a red Alice Temperly dress, Ofira and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, Alexander McQueen clutch, and Christian Louboutin heels, Blue Ivy’s mother made her way to VIP, where she mingled with well wishers following Jay-Z’s historic concert at Carnegie Hall. Now that’s one hot mama!
