Nas plays protective father on his new single “Daughters,” produced by No I.D. “I call this shit for ni**as with daughters,” raps the hip-hop icon, while reflecting on his own relationship with his daughter Destiny, who once posted photos of herself on the Internet with a box of condoms.
“They grow fast, one day she’s your little princess/ Next day, she’s talking boy business, what is this/ They say the coolest players and foulest heartbreakers in the world/ God gets us back, he makes us have precious little girls.”
The powerful cut will appear on Nas’ 10th album Life Is Good, due July 17.

@MinajRules2012, Please just shut the f*ck up, you’re a Nicki MINAJ fan. I have a little sister and a young niece, and my entire family works very hard so that they DONT turn out to be like your “idol”. Nas made this song so little girls don’t end up like Nicki Minaj. The fake ass, the fake barbie “image”, its poisonous to our little girls. Nothing is worse than hearing little girls singing “Somebody point me to the best ass eater” or ” When he give me that look than the panties coming off” … Im only 20 years old, but from my experience little girls who act too grown at a young age turn into teenage whores, and it just goes downhill from there. Nas >>>>>>>> Nicki Minaj NOW & FOREVER and thats the absolute end of it.

This song is dope. I love how nas always has something important to say in his music. when other rappers are talking about money pussy and cars, nas is talking about “daughters” and another “black girl lost”. Always touching sensative issues and proving dope tracks ! #REALRAPSHIT
